Welcome to irm1 (hereinafter referred to as "irm1", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), accessible at irm1.cam. irm1 is an online sports betting and casino gaming platform serving registered members across Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between irm1 and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the irm1 platform, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

By creating an account on irm1, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

irm1 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the platform or by email to the registered address on file. Your continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the irm1 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be aged 21 years or older. irm1 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities on this platform. This age threshold reflects internationally recognised standards for online gambling eligibility.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of irm1, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling platforms, including any self-exclusion programme operated by irm1 itself.
• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must be the lawful owner of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.1 Age Verification

irm1 employs robust age verification procedures as part of its KYC process. Upon registration, Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document confirming their date of birth. Acceptable documents include a Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence. Players whose age cannot be verified to the satisfaction of irm1 will have their Accounts suspended until verification is completed.

Any Player found to have misrepresented their age for the purpose of registering an Account will have their Account immediately terminated and any Funds (including winings) forfeited. irm1 may report such conduct to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Registration

Each eligible Player may register one (1) Account on the irm1 Platform. The operation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds held therein.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address;
• Active mobile phone number;
• Residential address (Malaysian players should provide their registered address as per their MyKad where applicable);
• A secure account password of your choosing.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. irm1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

You must notify irm1 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. irm1 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend an Account in cases of suspected unauthorised access pending investigation.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

irm1 is committed to conducting proper due diligence on all Players. As part of our KYC obligations, Players may be required to submit the following documents prior to processing a withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary by our compliance team:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• Proof of current residential address (such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months);
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document;
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of the relevant e-wallet or bank account showing the Player's name).

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. irm1 reserves the right to request additional documentation where submitted materials are insufficient to complete verification to our compliance standards.

Terms of Use

By accessing and using the irm1 Platform, you agree to the following terms of use:

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided solely for the personal, non-commercial entertainment of eligible Players. You may access and use the Platform for the purpose of placing bets and wagers, accessing casino games, and utilising any features made available to registered Players, subject always to these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the irm1 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to access or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of irm1;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that gives a Player an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial crime, or other unlawful activity;
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse");
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or similar technology;
• Posting or transmitting any content through the Platform that is defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from any component of the Platform;
• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same name or otherwise.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

irm1 supports a range of deposit methods tailored to the Malaysian market, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. irm1 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits identified as originating from third-party payment sources will be reversed and the relevant Account will be subject to investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. irm1 processes withdrawal requests as follows, subject to prevailing payment processing conditions:

• E-Wallet Withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5minutes;
• DuitNow / FPX Transfers: Typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes;
• Bank Wire / IBG Transfer: Typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes.

Processing times are indicative only and may be extended during public holidays, system maintenance periods, or in cases where additional verification is required. irm1 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawal requests involving Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds before completion of applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.

6.3 Currencies

The primary operating currency of irm1 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wager values are denominated in MYR unless specifically stated otherwise. irm1 also supports cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals in BTC and USDT, which are converted to MYR equivalents at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

irm1 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referal bonuses, birthday bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed in relation to Bonus Funds or associated winnings;
• The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered or credited;
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between Accounts;
• Maximum bet limits apply while Bonus Funds are active — exceding these limits may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
• Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated individual bonus terms;
• All bonuses have an expiry period — if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited;
• irm1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

The irm1 welcome bonus is available to new Players making their first deposit on the Platform. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum deposit required, wagering requirement, and validity period are stated at the time of offer. A Player may only claim the welcome bonus once. Abuse of the welcome bonus, including through the creation of duplicate Accounts, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential Account termination.

7.3 Referal Programme

Players may refer friends and family to irm1 via the Platform's referral programme. Referral bonuses are credited upon the successful registration and first qualifying deposit of the referred individual. Both the referring Player and the referred individual must satisfy all eligibility requirements. irm1 reserves the right to investigate referal activity and withold referal bonuses where abuse or fraudulent conduct is suspected.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the irm1 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

8.1 Sports Betting

irm1 offers sports betting markets across wide range of events, including but not limited to football (Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and other international competitions), UFC and mixed martial arts, NBA basketball, tennis, and esports (including Dota 2, CS:GO, and Mobile Legends). All odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. Accepted bets will be settled at the odds applicable at the time the bet was accepted.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, irm1's decision shall be final subject to the outcome of any formal dispute process as set out in these Terms. irm1 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or manifest error in the odds offered.

8.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the irm1 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided for informational purposes and represent theoretical long-term averages rather than guaranteed returns for individual Players.

irm1 shall not be liable for any system failures, connectivity issues, or game malfunctions beyond its reasonable control that result in a wager being interrupted or a game session being terminated abnormally. In such cases, irm1 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore game sessions and credit any unsettled bets in a fair manner.

Responsible Gambling

irm1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and player welfare. We operate under the firm belief that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment for all Players.

irm1 provides Players with access to the following responsible gambling tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders to help manage their play sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary restriction on Account access for a period of their choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request to our support team. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and are irevocable for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property rights in and to the irm1 Platform, including its design, structure, source code, databases, trademarks, logos, and all content published thereon, are the exclusive property of irm1 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any Intellectual Property of irm1 without its express prior written consent.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from irm1;
• Using the irm1 name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context;
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, irm1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

irm1 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any specific game outcome or betting result will be achieved. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall irm1's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total Funds deposited by that Player in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Account Termination

irm1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period;
• Suspected fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Discovered ineligibility of the Player (including age misrepresentation);
• Suspected use of prohibited software or tools;
• Any other conduct that irm1 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the irm1 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following successful KYC verification.

Amendments

irm1 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, irm1 will provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to registered Players. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If a Player does not accept any revised Terms, they must cease use of the Platform immediately and contact irm1 to request Account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which irm1 holds its operating licence.

Any dispute arising between a Player and irm1 that cannot be resolved through the Platform's standard complaint and dispute resolution process shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Players acknowledge that irm1 is an international online gaming platform and that the laws of the Player's home jurisdiction (including Malaysia) may differ from those of the jurisdiction in which irm1 is licensed. It remains the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their home jurisdiction.
